MIDDLETOWN, CT — A Bristol man was arrested after he sicced his German Shepard on a victim and threatened to burn a house down while wielding a blow torch and knife, according to police.

Kevin Gray, 27, yelled at three residents inside a home Feb. 14, according to police. Two of the residents were 93-years-old. He lit a blow torch in one hand and held a knife in the other during the incident. He threatened to burn the hose down, police said.
