Bobcat Spotted In Middletown

MIDDLETOWN, CT — A bobcat was recently spotted walking around Middletown on Monday morning.

Jeremy Glazewski told NBC Connecticut’s Heidi Voight that he was making a sales call off of Middle Street when he saw the bobcat out of the corner of his eye and took some photos.

According to the CT Department of Energy and Environmental Protection website, adult male bobcats typically weigh between 18 and 35 pounds and measure from 32 to 37 inches in length. Adult females typically weigh between 15 and 30 pounds and measure from 28 to 32 inches in length.
