Burning Ban Lifted For Middletown Residents

MIDDLETOWN, CT — The open burning ban has been lifted for Middletown.

Here is an announcement from fire officials:

The City of Middletown has lifted the outdoor burn ban. All City ordinances remain in effect. Please be safe when cooking outside or using fire pits.

Remember that all burning materials in a fire pit must remain wholly in the pit and flames should be at a reasonable height.
