WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you give yourself time to arrive in-person before the 9 a.m. meeting.
Our Location: Our location is unequaled in Connecticut, which includes quiet sitting meditation in front of the Shôyôan Teien Zen garden and a traditional Japanese style tatami room.
Parking: Free street parking on Washington Terrace but there is also parking on Mt. Vernon Street which is the side street, next to the center.
Meeting Rules: In order to maintain a harmonious and respectful environment, practice kind speech, be courteous, and abstain from talking about current politics or display or wear political or offensive symbols or imagery. Those unable to follow these rules will be asked to promptly leave.
Suggested Donation: $10 -$20 (cash or check) to help cover costs for our Wesleyan expenses, internet services, our extensive outreach efforts, Meetup, and standard operating costs. Checks are payable to BFF of CT. Thank you in advance for your generous support.

Lean into the heightened lunar energy of each&nbsp;Full Moon&nbsp;to align with your highest self.
During the Conduit's sound-meditation, you will quickly access the benefits of a deep meditative practice, without needing any experience or special techniques. Experience a live sound journey, finding stillness through the orchestration, allowing a deep connection to the space within your heart, mind and body. &nbsp;As the vibrations gently hold you, release mental and emotional blockages, and invite and strengthen a connection with your inner self.
Please bring props for your comfort. A zero gravity chair is perfect - or a beach towel with a yoga mat and a pillow and blanket would work as well. Eye coverings and water are also encouraged.
Approximately 60-75 minutes in length.

The session will take place in our meditation hall, overlooking the inspirational Shôyôan Teien Japanese Garden, adding to the tranquility and contemplative beauty of the evening.
 Using crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other vibrational instruments, this immersive sound bath gently shifts your brainwaves into a restorative, meditative state. Many participants experience deep relaxation, emotional release, calmer breathing, and a renewed sense of clarity.
We’ll begin with a short introduction to sound healing, followed by a brief guided meditation that flows into the full sound bath immersion.
Comfort: Please bring a pillow or blanket if you’d like extra support while lying down.

Guests of all ages are invited to take a gentle walk alongside one of our friendly goats, enjoying the fresh air, scenic views, and unforgettable moments. Whether you're snapping photos, sharing smiles, or simply soaking up the joy of animal companionship, this outdoor experience is a perfect way to connect with nature and the herd.
Minors cannot make reservations to handle a goat alone, but can be added as an additional helper to assist an adult handler on the goat walk. There must be at least 1 adult person who will be the handler for each goat.
$17 per person
