Together — the Buddha, the Dharma, and the Sangha — they are the foundation of every Buddhist ceremony, every meditation practice, every vow, and every step on the path of awakening.
And yet for many people — beginners and longtime practitioners alike — their true depth and significance remains beautifully, profoundly unexplored.

Buddhism 101: Discovering the Three Jewels is a warm, accessible, and deeply engaging two-session live Zoom course guided by Rev. G.R. Lewis, M.A. — BFF's Guiding Dharma Teacher with over 30 years of Buddhist practice and teaching experience.
Drawing from Why Take Refuge in the Three Jewels? by the beloved Chan Master Sheng Yen — available as a free PDF upon registration — this course explores one of Buddhism's most foundational and luminous teachings with clarity, warmth, and genuine depth.
