Car Crashes Into House, Driver Hospitalized: Middletown FD

MIDDLETOWN, CT — A driver was hospitalized after crashing into a house Friday morning in Middletown, according to officials.

“Around 10:30 this morning, E2, R1, and Car 3 responded for the vehicle into a structure,” officials wrote in a post on the City of Middletown Professional Firefighters Local 1073 union’s Facebook page. “Upon arrival, E2 found 1 vehicle into a house with the lone occupant out of the vehicle. Hunters ambulance transported the driver to Middlesex with minor injuries.”

E2 remained at the scene with the Building Department, Fire Marshal’s Office and the Middletown Police Department, according to officials.
