MIDDLETOWN, CT — The Middletown Animal Control is asking for help with reuniting a lost cat with its family. Jules, an 11-year-old, indoor cat, black with yellow eyes, escaped his carrier after an appointment at Pieper Olson on Randolph Road on July 10, according to the animal control.
