Cat with ‘Serious’ Health Issues Left at Rescue, Owner Sought: Middletown Animal Control

MIDDLETOWN, CT — A cat with “serious” health issues was left in a carrier at the door of a rescue in Middletown and animal control officers are attempting to locate its owner.

“There was no note or any information about her,” the animal control wrote in a post on Facebook. “She has some serious health issues and it would be very helpful if we knew her history. We understand that you thought you were helping her by leaving her but we really need to speak with you. Please call if you recognize her. 860-638-4030.”
