Animal Control officers say the cat has some injuries and appears to be in stable condition.

Middletown, CT — A cat was struck by a car in Middletown Thursday and animal control officers are trying to locate its owner, if there is one.

Middletown Animal Control posted the following message on Facebook:

“This cat was struck by a car today on Azalea Dr in Middletown, CT. He is a male (not neutered) and did not have a collar on. The concerned citizens who called us right away think he may be a neighborhood stray but we want to cover all the bases. He does have some injuries and is not out of the woods but he seems to be stable. If you recognize him, please call us at 860-638-4030. Please SHARE!!!”
