Chinese New Year Celebration with Phoenix Performing Arts Saturday, February 8th 2:00pm - 3:30pm in the Hubbard Room
Phoenix Performing Arts Connecticut, located in Hartford, Connecticut, is a vibrant and dynamic performing troupe. The members are committed to deliver a premier quality of dancing, music and martial arts to serve our communities over a decade.
This performance, a celebration of Chinese New Year, will include a variety of live music, and a broad spectrum of Chinese classic and modern dancing styles including, but not limited to Classical dance, Minority dance (Tibetan, Mongolian, Dai , Miao, Korean, and Yi dance, etc.) , Folk dance (Fan, Handkerchief, Ribbon, and Umbrella dance, etc.) .
The Chinese Year of the Rat begins on January 25, 2020.
