Just a reminder that as we are now in the midst of the holidays and dog days of winter…the Middlesex County Gatekeeper Program is here to help reach out to adults (age 60+) exhibiting some kind of cognitive or behavioral issue placing them at risk and in need of intervention, short-term case management and/or short-term clinical counseling.
Plus, often times when family members connect with older adult relatives they become privy to sudden concerns or issues and they start seeking guidance or assistance as caregivers, local or long distance.
