Convicted Felon Arrested On Drug, Gun Charges: Middletown Police
Police said the man was found to be in the possession of $9.5K worth of drugs, including fentanyl and cocaine, and a loaded gun.
MIDDLETOWN, CT — A Middletown man was arrested Thursday after police said he was found to be in the possession of drugs, including fentanyl and cocaine, and a loaded gun.
Detectives from Middletown’s Street Crime Unit executed a search warrant in the 400 block of Highland Street following a lengthy narcotics investigation, according to police.
Police said detectives found 9.7 grams of crack cocaine, 224 wax paper folds containing fentanyl, 6.2 grams of unpackaged fentanyl, numerous items of drug paraphernalia and packaging material, multiple cell phones, cash, and a loaded Smith and Wesson revolver style handgun.

The seized drugs were valued at more than $9,500, according to police.
Police said the target of the investigation, 27-year-old Quashaun Foster, was found at the residence and arrested. He was charged with criminal possession of a firearm, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a drug factory, risk of injury to a minor, three counts of possession of narcotics with intent to sell, and three counts of possession of narcotics (second offense).

Foster, a convicted felon, was held in lieu of a $350,000 bond and was scheduled to appear in court on Friday, according to police.
