Cromwell Official Facing Sexual Assault Charge
A warrant has charged Cromwell's public health coordinator with sexual assault, police said.

CROMWELL, CT — Cromwell's public health coordinator is facing a sexual assault charge, police said Monday.
According to a statement released by police, Salvatore Nesci, 55, surrendered to authorities on Oct. 31. A warrant has charged him with fourth-degree sexual assault and disorderly conduct, according to the statement.
Police released no other details of the arrest.

Nesci posted a $5,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in Middletown Superior Court on Nov. 12, police said.
