CT Farm-to-Chef Week 2015: A Complete Guide

Participating restaurants in the Middletown area committed to using Connecticut Grown ingredients in new ways.

Connecticut Farm-to-Chef Week is an annual showcase of Connecticut-grown ingredients featured in menus developed by chefs and food service professionals throughout the state.

“Each Farm-to-Chef menu includes four or more items using Connecticut Grown farm products such as fruits, vegetables, and herbs; meats, poultry; shellfish, and other proteins; dairy; eggs; maple syrup and honey; wine; and more,” according to the Farm-to-Chef Week website.
