FrontierTV Outage May Last All Day Monday [UPDATE]
After an outage impacted CT customers, Frontier says they are resolving the issue.
FrontierTV customers in Connecticut werenāt too happy to discover an outage Monday morning.
A New London reader contacted Patch and mentioned the outage, saying she had called the downtown New London store and been informed a lot of people had technical difficulties.
FrontierTV released the following statement on its website:

āFrontierTV Customers: Frontier is currently experiencing an issue impacting FrontierTV customersā local channels in Connecticut. Please do not reset your set top box. We are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and apologize for the inconvenience.ā

The Connecticut Post reported that the FrontierTV outage may last all day, although some customers on the FrontierTV Facebook page said their service is back up and running.
On the Frontier Facebook page, FrontierTV representatives addressed the issue:
āConnecticut Customers: We are currently experiencing an issue impacting Frontier TV customersā set top boxes in Connecticut. Please do not reset your set top box. We are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and apologize for the inconvenience.ā
According to the Down Detector website, Frontierās issues began around 6:30 a.m. Monday, Jan. 4. In the comments section, the most recent posts are all from Connecticut customers.
