Customer Stomps On Free Masks At Coffee Shop: Middletown Police
Police restocked the coffee shop with N95 masks after a customer took the complimentary masks, threw them on the ground and stepped on them.

MIDDLETOWN, CT — A customer threw complimentary masks at Perkatory Coffee onto the ground and stepped on them Wednesday afternoon in Middletown, according to police.
Police received a call from a concerned citizen reporting the incident. The person who threw the masks to the ground was unknown, according to police.
“While no formal complaint was made, MPD responded to Perkatory with some at home test kits for their staff and re-stocked them with N95 masks provided by our Health Department,” police wrote in a post on Facebook. “We appreciate and support the efforts of our local businesses to keep Middletown safe and healthy!”
