Greetings, I hope you are doing well and your new year is off to a good start!

I am the Republican candidate for the Special Election for the 100th District-State Representative. The Election is February 28th and I need your help.

There are many issues that need to be addressed; laws that need to be repealed and proposed laws that ought to never become law. My focus will be on public safety and the cost of living. The Police Accountability Law needs to be revised. Towns and Cities are experiencing an exodus of officers through retirement as a result of the new Police Accountability Law. And there is a limited number of applicants applying for open positions.

The recently implemented mileage tax on commercial vehicles must be repealed. The mileage tax put on these trucks is being passed onto consumers, increasing the cost of goods such as oil and food. This tax is also a burden on small businesses.

A bill allowing children aged 12 to be in charge of their medical decisions without parental knowledge is an absolute NO.

And, allowing illegal aliens to vote in municipal and state elections is another absolute NO.

We need to have reasonable voices in the legislature, with your help we will. We can no longer afford to have a one-party rule government!
