Directory Gets New Look, New Name

This week, the Patch Directory is getting the second of many major improvements we're making to the look, feel, usefulness, and general addictiveness of this section of our site.

For starters, "Directory" is now called "Places."

Next, and significantly cooler, will be a new landing page for the section that will feature editorial content, prominent placement for featured videos, and a section to encourage users to rate places they know.  

The goal is to have a page that balances fresh, new content we're constantly generating with that "hey, I know that place..." reaction that feels local and relevant.
