Everything Sunday was Sunday Dec. 8th at St. Pius X Church with coffee a social and an Arts and Craft sale.
Also Fr. Ray will be leaving St. Pius and moving to the senior friar community at St. Clare Friary in Yonkers, NY shortly after Christmas. Fr. Ray will celebrate the 10:30am Mass on Dec 9 and be available at the coffee social after Mass that day, “Everything Sunday”, to greet well-wishers. The parish is grateful for his 7+ years of assisting with Mass and Confessions there and wish him the best of health and happiness in his new home.
Gifts collected for the Advent Giving Tree will be given to the agencies that they help and will be distributed in time for Christmas. Also Fill The Bin Team Collected Coats, Vests, Snowpants, Snowsuits, Boots, Hats, Mittens, Gloves, Scarves and Socks! The items collected were sorted and donated to Middletown’s Community Renewal Team to distribute to their clients who are in need.
