Food Fight Leads to Disorderly Conduct Charge for Middletown Couple
A verbal argument turned into a food fight that ended with two being cited

Middletown Police charged a couple with disorderly conduct after a reported domestic dispute involving food being thrown, according to police.
Officers responded to a Dove Lane residence on May 5 on a report of a dispute.
Anniha Valeriano, 34, and boyfriend Kevin Hughes, 40, said the two began throwing dinners at each other after an argument, according to police.

Hughes said the fight was over how much money he earns and Valeriano said Hughes accused her of being a bad parent.
Both denied putting their hands on each other and didn’t provide statements.
