Gold Star Families Memorial Monument

Is Coming To Connecticut!

A new Gold Star Families Memorial Monument (GSFMM) honoring the families of servicemen and women who sacrificed their lives while serving in the military is currently being planned in Connecticut.
Tentative groundbreaking date: May 19, 2019
Tentative dedication date: September 29, 2019
The public is invited and encouraged to attend either of these events.

The Hershel Woody Williams Medal of Honor Foundation is working with the Gold Star Families to bring his Gold Star Families Memorial Monument to Connecticut. Watch his video which explains the purpose and meaning of this memorial he created:
