MHS Music Students Will Play With "Beatles"
Beatles lead guitarist George Harrison's sister Louise, who is bringing her Liverpool Legends tribute band to Middletown High School, is making a public appearance at City Hall Tuesday.
Louise Harrison, the sister of former Beatles lead guitarist George Harrison, is coming to Middietown Tuesday to help promote a benefit concert for the Middletown High School Music Department.
”Help Keep Music Alive" was developed by Louise in honor of her brother and will feature Louise's Liverpool Legends Beatles tribute band, who will play with MHS music students on May 5.

The public is invited to meet Louise Tuesday at 11 a.m. in Room 208 of the Municipal Building along with members of the MHS Music Department.
The concert is Friday at the Middletown High School Performing Arts Center at 7:30 p.m. Tickets may be purchased at Seasons Credit Union in Middletown or Cromwell or online at Brown Paper Tickets.
Liverpool Legends was nominated for a Grammy in 2012 and is made up of four talented musicians and actors handpicked by Louise to recreate the band that changed music forever.
The Liverpool Legends perform five nights a week in a theater in Branson, Mo., during the summer and tour nationally for Help Keep Music Alive.
