Saturday's Holiday On Main In Middletown

Saturday Nov. 29th

It was a very wonderful day!

Middlesex YMCA had a crafts and bake sale while children had their pictures with Santa!


I met the Civitan Club of Middletown where in front of the Chamber selling refreshments and provided music. There was also a Fun Train with free rides on the sidewalk and free rides for children & adults on two mechanical animals – Lucy, the Polar Bear and Jake, the Christmas Tiger! Also free Hayrides downtown.

The Inn at Middletown (70 Main St.), had Mayor Dan Drew read stories about Curious George. At the end of the reading, there where books for sale and a “Book Signing” by Curious George.

At Amato’s Toy and Hobby shop they had their 3rd annual Holiday train exhibit. . (Admission was free with a donation of a bag of nonperishable food items for the Amazing Grace Food Pantry!


I love downtown Middletown! One store, that you will see in the slide has, next to its name says:
