MIDDLETOWN, CT — So ... it's now down to two teams in the 2026 NFL playoffs and the Seattle Seahawks will be taking on the New England Patriots for the Vince Lombardi Trophy and there are several area venues where fans from Middletown can watch.

It's their second matchup in the Big Game and oh was the first a doozy.

Seattle drove to the New England 1-yard line in the final seconds, mostly via the running of Marshawn Lunch, but Malcolm Butler intercepted Russell Wilson at the goal line on a surprise pass play to seal the victory.

So the Big Game to decide this year's title is on tap for Sunday, Feb. 8 in Santa Clara, CA.
