John Casablancas Modeling & Career Center is an internationally known modeling school and agency. We have been located in Connecticut since 1987 and have grown to be one of the largest centers of its kind in the country. Situated in central Connecticut in a 7,000 square foot facility, we pull clients from all of Connecticut and Western Massachusetts for Modeling, Acting, Makeup Artistry and Photography training and representation. We are currently expanding our new faces division to hire a Full Time and Part Time Recruiter. The position entails contacting prospects, booking appointments and interviewing for the purpose of recruitment to our center. Responsibilities also include teaching orientations and scheduling new marketing events such as model searches to find new clients. The position is in house at our facility in Rocky Hill. Our ideal applicant is someone who has a strong marketing/sales or communications background. We are looking for a dynamic personality with good phone technique and sales skills. Preparation for the position consists of training on industry requirements, the features and advantages of our programs, and agency bookings.
