Pierce Property Update
This 110-acre parcel of prime open space on Higby Mountain is being considered again. Middletown’s Finance & Government Operations Commission will consider (at its Jan. 27, 7 p.m. meeting in Room 208 of City Hall) City financial support of a purchase by the Middlesex Land Trust. If approved, the resolution will be on the agenda of the Common Council on February 1, at 7 p.m. Read more here.
