The Kate Reopens with Comedy and George Winston in November
The Katharine Hepburn Cultural Arts Center, "the Kate", is pleased to announce four new events this November.
OLD SAYBROOK, CT - The Katharine Hepburn Cultural Arts Center, “the Kate”, is pleased to announce four new events this November presented under the State of Connecticut Phase 3 reopening guidelines.
On Friday, November 13 and Saturday, November 14 the Kate presents the Best of Boston Comedy Festival at 8:00 pm. Both performances feature three comedians from the Festival roster.
Celebrated pianist George Winston (pictured above) returns to the Kate for two performances on Tuesday, November 17 and Wednesday, November 18 each at 7:30 pm. Winston has inspired fans and musicians alike with his singular solo acoustic piano songs for more than 40 years while selling millions of albums. A tireless road warrior, live performance for Winston is akin to breathing.
Tickets are extremely limited with no more than 100 patrons allowed and, per Phase 3 guidelines, there will not be an intermission.
