Massive Apartment Development Approved In Middletown: Report
The project calls for a more than 400-unit apartment development to be built in Middletown, according to a report.
MIDDLETOWN, CT — The Middletown Planning and Zoning Commission has approved a more than 400-unit apartment development on Newfield Street, according to the Hartford Business Journal.
The Journal reports that 15 multifamily buildings containing 414 units will be built on nearly 50 acres of vacant land at 534 Newfield St.
The project is expected to be completed by early 2028, according to the Hartford Business Journal.
