The Franciscan Sisters of the Eucharist and the Franciscan Brothers of the Eucharist, Meriden, Connecticut, are participating in a national Open House event with hundreds of other religious women and men on February 8, 2015, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

The purpose of the Open House is to visit religious communities and to learn more about the Community’s way of life. This event will take place in convents and monasteries across the United States as the first of three public events during 2015, proclaimed by Pope Francis as the “Year of Consecrated Life.”
