A Middletown 15-year-old fell three stories from a Ferry Street apartment balcony just before 9 p.m. Monday, April 20.

He was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries, according to the Middletown Press.

The case is under investigation. Middletown Police Capt. Sean Moriarty was quoted as saying no criminal charges have been filed.
