Powder Hollow Brewery will be selling hand sanitizer at its tap room on two days this week.

MIDDLETOWN, CT — A Middletown brewery is manufacturing hand sanitizer and will be selling it on two days this week. The hand sanitizer will be available at Powder Hollow Brewery, 62 Washington St., on Friday and Saturday.
The tap room is open from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday and from 12 noon to 7 p.m. on Saturday. They will also be selling hand sanitizer at the Powder Hollow Brewery location in Enfield on Hazard Avenue. The 6-ounce bottles cost $6 each and there is no limit on how many people can buy.
“We started making sanitizer due to the shortage and need for the product,” Mike McManus, Powder Hollow Brewery founder and CEO, said. “We are FDA approved and follow the WHO guidelines. We will be making this until people don’t need any more then we will continue to focus on beer.”
