The single most pressing issue facing our town/district is _______, and this is what I intend to do about it.
Borrowing. As P&Z Commissioner, I will not have any impact on the city budget and borrowing. However, as a commissioner, I can ensure that property owners are able to develop their land as they see fit, and assist them in complying with local ordinances and state and federal law.

What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?
30 years military experience in various positions of increasing responsibility, culminating as commander of unit of 200 soldiers spread across New York, New England and New Jersey. I successfully managed this unit and grew it as demand increased. I serve as a director of the Middletown Military Museum, which opened in April. The museum has received compliments on its layout and displays since our opening.
