A "Grinch" cut wires and took bulbs from the wires on the 100-foot tree a week before the city's lighting ceremony, according to reports.
MIDDLETOWN, CT — The Christmas tree on the Middletown Green was vandalized a little more than a week before the city’s big lighting ceremony, according to multiple reports.
