Middletown Doctor's Office Staff Allegedly Threatened by Portland Man
Frank Fazzino was arrested after allegedly yelling at and threatening staff at Middlesex Orthopedic Surgeons.
A Portland man arrived at Middlesex Orthopedic Surgeons for an appointment, to find that it was cancelled due to a change in insurance providers.
He allegedly screamed and swore at staff before requesting he be given his medical records, FOXCT reported. That request was granted but Fazzino allegedly continued to yell and threaten, saying “If you were smart you won’t be here later.”
He was arrested on a breach of peace charge and held on $10,000 bond.
