Middletown Man Charged In Catalytic Converter Thefts: Milford PD

MILFORD, CT — A Middletown man, George Alicea, 32, of Portland Street, is accused of "stealing approximately $12,500 worth of catalytic converters with three other accomplices in August of 2021," Milford police said.

On Nov. 27, Alicea was charged on a warrant, police said. He is charged with second-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit second-degree larceny and first-degree criminal mischief.

He was released after posting $25,000 bond.
