Middletown Man Arrested After Allegedly Threatening to Shoot Wife, Police

A Middletown man was arrested after he allegedly threatened to shoot his wife and officers after she called police following a domestic fight.
Police responded to a Main Street apartment on April 10 shortly before 9 a.m., according to a police report.
The victim said her husband, Lucan Davila, 22, was unwanted and they were in a verbal argument.

She called police after becoming afraid, according to police. She had her one-year-old with her.
Davila allegedly told the victim to send police away when they come or else he would crack her head, grab a police officer’s gun and shoot her and the officer. The threat was recorded by the victim.

Davila told police they often get into arguments and that he didn’t want to leave because he pays rent.
He was charged with disorderly conduct, risk of injury to a child and second-degree threatening.
