Middletown, Mercy Ranked in Top 10 in Girls Basketball Poll
Both Middletown schools placed in the top 10 in the most recent weekly balloting.

MIDDLETOWN, CT — For the third straight week, New London High School was the top choice among media voters in the weekly Connecticut girls basketball poll.
The Whalers received 12 of 15 first-place votes after improving to 15-0 this season.
Middletown (14-1) moved into the top 10, ranking eighth in the most recent balloting, while Mercy (11-3) was right behind at number nine.
