Middletown Police Arrests Include Operating Under Influence, Criminal Mischief

  • Debra Flynn, 59, of Middletown was arrested March 12 and charged with operating under the influence.
  • Samuel Johnson, 34, of Middletown was arrested March 12 and charged with use of drug paraphernalia and failure to comply with emission inspections.
  • Iman Shabazz, 45, of Hartford was arrested March 9 and charged with possession of a less than half an ounce of marijuana and operating with a suspended license.
  • Karin Magnuson, 46, of West Haven was arrested March 15 and charged with sixth-degree larceny after allegedly taking a taxi cab from Meriden to Middlesex Hospital and not paying the fare.
  • David Ferguson, 21, of Middletown was arrested March 8 and charged with operating a vehicle under suspension.
  • Terrance Davis, 41, of Cromwell was arrested on violation of probation, third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and violation of a restraining order. He was allegedly found in his wife’s apartment in a bedroom closet despite having a full no-contact order.
  • Germaine Burgess, 35, of Middletown was arrested March 14 and charged with threatening and criminal violation of a restraining order.
  • Iris Butler, 44, of Middletown was arrested March 14 and charged with disorderly conduct after a domestic incident. Irving Ezell, 56, of Meriden was also charged with the same for the incident. The two allegedly hit each other.
  • Jacob Delaurier, 37, of Middletown was arrested March 13 and charged with first-degree criminal trover and use of a motor vehicle without permission.
  • Neil Pandora, 46, of Branford was arrested March 15 and charged with interfering with police, operating a vehicle while using a handheld device and traveling too fast for conditions.
  • Ryan Alford, 47, of Middletown was arrested March 9 and charged with sixth-degree larceny. Daniel Santamaria, 23, of Middletown was arrested and charged with possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.
