- Ashley Castro, 33, of Harwinton, was charged with the use of drug paraphernalia, operating a drug factory, possession with intent to sell heroin or meth, possession with intent to sell a narcotic substance, possession of a controlled substance and second-degree forgery.
- Scott Christopher Curry, 54, of Middletown, was charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening.
- Wendy Hernandez, 51, of Middletown, was charged with risk of injury to a child (2 counts), disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, second-degree threatening and second-degree reckless endangerment.

- Qwashenna Freman, 22, of Middletown, was charted with third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening.
