Middletown Ranks In Top 10 In Weekly Softball Poll

MIDDLETOWN, CT — Cheshire High School maintained its perfect record both on the field and on the ballots of voters in the latest weekly Connecticut softball poll, compiled by GameTimeCT.com.

The Rams (12-0), the lone undefeated team in Class LL, again received all 10 first-place votes. (Cheshire suffered its first loss, 3-1, to Guilford on Monday).

Middletown (11-1) won five straight games following a 4-3 loss to E.O. Smith heading into this week's games.
