MIDDLETOWN, CT — A Middletown resident won $10,000 on a scratch-off ticket earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
Warren Mcdaniel won $10,000 on a 30X Cash 5Th Edition scratch ticket that was sold at H & H Mart on Broad Street in Meriden on Sept. 9.
