According to the Connecticut State Lottery, the winning scratch-off ticket was sold in Hartford.
MIDDLETOWN, CT - A Middletown resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Hartford late last week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On January 29, Saviana Bourne, of Middletown, purchased a 10X Cash 14th Edition ticket from the la Food Mart in Hartford and won $10,000.
