Charles Watson won $10,000 on a PLAY4 DAY ticket that was sold at Milldale Quick Mart at 1896 Meriden Waterbury Turnpike in the Milldale section of Southington, according to Lottery officials. The CT Lottery furnishes winner information as public record. The Connecticut Lottery only publishes names of people who win $10,000 or more, which officials claim is quite common.
