Middletown Restaurant Wins ‘Restaurant Showdown’ Competition
The Middlesex County Chamber of Commerce hosted a "Restaurant Showdown" to kick off the Taste of Middlesex County event.

MIDDLETOWN, CT — First & Last Tavern in Middletown won the Middlesex Chamber’s “Restaurant Showdown” competition that kicked off the Taste of Middlesex County event, which is presented by Comcast Business. The Restaurant Showdown was hosted by the Middlesex County Chamber of Commerce. First & Last Tavern Middletown won the showdown with a Veal Saltimbocca entree.
The Taste of Middlesex County continues through Jan. 21. Details and the list of the 27 participating restaurants can be found here.
