MIDDLETOWN, CT — The carnage continues in Middletown Monday due to the nasty wind/rain storm, with a local roadway closed late morning due to storm damage.

According to the state Department of Transportation, Route 155 at Maple Shade Road is closed due to a tree falling into power lines nearby.

The incident was first reported at 10:50 a.m. and it is "unknown" when it will be cleared, according to the DOT.
