MIDDLETOWN, CT — Xavier's boys soccer team beat Notre Dame of West Haven 2-1 on Thursday to stay unbeaten at 14-0-2, and the football team beat Hillhouse 34-22 on Friday night. Middletown High's football team lost for the first time this season, 26-20 at Bloomfield, and Mercy's girls soccer team beat Sacred Heart Academy 3-0.
