Olsen was issued a summons for third-degree criminal mischief and interfering with an officer after she tried to grab the officer's pen while he was writing a citation, according to police.
She tried to close a door in an officer's face and pushed him away before the summons was completed, police said. An officer grabbed her by the arm and pulled her in the hallway to complete the process.
