Middletown's Most Expensive Home Sale In January Tops $800K

Check out the most expensive home transaction in Middletown for the month.

MIDDLETOWN, CT =— The highest-priced home sale in Middletown in January 2026 was a 4-bed, 5-bath residence on Aresco Drive, which sold for $817,000 on Jan. 8, according to Zillow's sold listings.

The property, one of only a few in the city to breach the $800,000 mark during the month, sits at 81 Aresco Drive and features more than 5,200 square feet of living space, making it among the largest and most valuable transactions in local market data compiled by Zillow.

Other January home sales in Middletown ranged widely in price, with more modest mid-month closings in the $500,000-to-$600,000 bracket and several less than $400,000.

The least expensive home sale recorded was a 2-bed, 1.5-bath condominium at 1 Russell Street Apt 15, which sold for $219,900 early in January 2026.

Other lower-priced transactions in the area included unit sales around $225,000–$245,000 at properties such as 3 Trolley Crossing Lane No. 3 and 170 Trolley Crossing Lane No. 170, but the Russell Street sale appears to be the lowest among the January closings with Zillow data.
