Obituary: Akeem Tishawn Lewis, 28, of Middletown

MIDDLETOWN, CT - (From Doolittle Funeral Home) Akeem Tishawn Lewis, 28, of Middletown, passed away on November 29, 2020 at Middlesex Hospital. Born in St. John, Antigua, he was the son of Janet Williams of Bridgeport and Carlton Lewis of St John, Antigua.

Akeem was a beautiful person who made everyone happy. He was a determined and strong-willed person who always fought hard, overcoming many odds. Akeem enjoyed music especially Gospel and loved his teddy bears and stuffed dog.

Along with his parents, Akeem is survived by two brothers, Jermaine Martin and Kerry Lewis, both of St. John, Antigua; two sisters, Stephanie Henry of St. John, Antigua and Adlynne Martin of Bridgeport and a host of nieces and nephews.
