Obituary: Carol (Hill) Russo, 83, Of Middletown

MIDDLETOWN, CT - (From Biega Funeral Home): Carol (Hill) Russo, 83, of Middletown, beloved wife of Louis “Bob” Russo, died Sunday December 27, 2020 at Chestelm Health & Rehabilitation Center.

She was born in Middletown, daughter of William and Cecelia (Czajka) Hill. Carol was a graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School.

She retired from Middlesex Mutual and was a dedicated volunteer at Middlesex Hospital.

In addition to her husband, Carol is survived by her sons, William Russo of Middletown, and Robert Russo and his wife Susan of Middletown; sister, Adele Turro and her husband John of Middletown; three granddaughters, Brittney Russo and her wife, Amanda, Jocelyn Russo and Jessica Russo; great grandson, Liam Russo; niece and nephew, Susan Burke and Jeff Turro.

Due to Covid-19, the Funeral Liturgy and burial are private. In lieu of flowers, those who wish may send memorial donations to Middlesex Health Volunteer Program, c/o Dept. of Philanthropy, 28 Crescent St., Middletown, CT 06457.
